We're upfront about the extra costs, so there are no surprises.
Flights to South Africa aren't included in the programme price. Your airport transfer once you land is included.
A private room is available at additional cost; shared rooms are included in the price above.
A travel escort, if you'd like someone to accompany you or your loved one from the UK, is an optional paid extra.
Insurance: treatment is self-funded. A deposit secures your place, and the balance is paid on admission.

How does the cost compare with rehab in the UK?
Private treatment in South Africa costs far less than in the UK. Our Standard 28-day programme is £6,999 and our Comprehensive 90-day programme is £12,999. By comparison, several leading private UK clinics publish prices starting at around £18,000 to £22,000 for a single 28-day stay, so our full 90-day programme still costs less than one month at one of those clinics. Our prices don't include flights to South Africa.
What is included in the price?
The price covers accommodation, meals, medically supervised detox, group therapy, individual counselling, recovery literature, laundry and airport transfers. Optional extras, such as an escort to travel with you from the UK and weekly family workshops and counselling sessions, are charged separately.
Is insurance accepted?
No. Treatment is self-funded. A deposit secures your place, and the balance is paid on admission.
